Cooking classes are held 2 -3 times per month (Thursday morning and Sunday mornings) in my home in South Sudbury.   I prepare 6 - 7 dishes in each class and there is plenty of food to sample.  Recipes are provided.

The atmosphere is informal.  Questions and discussion are encouraged.  We're just cooking together, relaxing and having fun.   Class size ranges from 5 - 10 students.

Classes are $35.  Please register in advance by sending a check to the above address (payable to Leslie Frodema).  If you need to cancel, please give 48 hours notice (I'm a small business person and last minute cancellations leave me with lots of food!)  With 48 hours notice, I'll return your check to you.  Thanks!   Hope you can come.
